The policies listed in this contract were developed by the Principal and the Finance Council. They were approved by Rev. Msgr. Michael Mellone, Pastor, the Parish Finance Council and The Archdiocese of Washington. In order to qualify for the Catholic tuition rate, you must be an active member of a Catholic Parish community. Parish membership is defined as: One who is actively involved in the life of the Parish, attends Sunday Mass weekly, and who contributes to the support of the Parish.
*Payment Schedule
Annual - June 1
Semi-Annual – June 1 / December 1
Quarterly - June 1 / September 1 / December 1 / March 1
Monthly – June 1 through May 1
* Please note: Tuition payments for the 2010-2011 school year begin on July 1, 2010 and run through May 1, 2011. These payments cover the 2010-2011 school calendar year which begins on August 31, 2010 through June 10, 2011.
SCHOOL FEES
Registration – $100.00 per New Registered Child
$ 50.00 per family (present students)
LATE PAYMENT
1. If your payment has not been received within the 5 day grace period you will be assessed 5% of the overdue amount.
2. If the late tuition has not been received before the first of the next month, a letter, from administration, will be sent outlining the process of removing your child from school if payment is not received within 5 days. In extenuating circumstances please make an appointment with the administration to discuss your situation.
RETURNED CHECKS – PENALTY $25.00

Fundraising Contract/Fees:
All parents are required to sign a Tuition and Fundraising Contract each school year. Contract signing is scheduled in the Spring, for the next academic year, and parents will be informed of specific contract signing dates in the Think Pink.
Parents are required to meet all financial responsibilities as listed below by the due dates.
- Tuition and fundraising fees as listed on the Tuition Contract and the Fundraising Contract.
- Registration/Re-enrollment Fees
- Building Fund Fee – One time assessment per each new family.
- Home and School Association Dues
- Other fees that may arise during the school year including but not limited to:
- Day Care Fees
- Uniform Fees
- Milk Fees
- Hot Lunch Fees
- Graduation Fees
- Field Trip Fees
- Damaged Book Fees
- Returned Check Fees
- Special Program Fees
- Library Overdue/Lost Book Fees
