St. Mary's has one full-time kindergarten teacher, plus one full-time dedicated paraprofessional.

 

Mrs. Chris Brant - Kindergarten

I love St. Mary's for many reasons, but number one is our awesome community.  I have had an opportunity to build a relationship with so many wonderful families. My heart overflows with the love that I have for them.

On the Golden Apple Award: I am honored to have been chosen as a recipient of the Golden Apple Award. I am deeply humbled by receiving this award and also by the fact that God has blessed me with the opportunity to share my faith on my teaching journey with the faculty, students, and parents of the St. Mary's Community.

First Grade

St. Mary's has one full-time first-grade teachers, with support from our dedicated staff of highly-trained paraprofessionals.

Mrs. Lori Carter - First Grade

The number one reason why I love Saint Mary's School is because our community is a family of faith where students grow academically and spiritually while learning to joyfully live out the gospel message.

On the Golden Apple Award:

Being recognized and included among some of the finest educators in the Archdiocese of Washington is such a tremendous honor. The ADW as well as our Saint Mary's family is filled with so many wonderful teachers deserving of this recognition. I feel so blessed to have been chosen for this award.

Second Grade

St. Mary's has one full-time second-grade teacher, with support from our dedicated staff of highly-trained paraprofessionals.

Mrs. Kristen Murray - Third Grade

    • B.S. Family Studies

    • M.E. Special Education

  • 10 years of teaching experience

  • New to St. Mary’s this year

I love being in a place where we can live and express faith everyday; teaching and helping students grow faithfully as well as academically and socially.

Fourth Grade

St. Mary's has one full-time Fourth Grade teacher, plus one full-time dedicated paraprofessional and teacher mentor.

Mrs. Penrose- Fifth Grade
